The farmhouse is a curious eclectic building made up of different contrasting dimension, typical of that period. In addition to the owner’s apartment, the farmhouse currently has two independent apartments, an ‘agriturismo’ that can be divided into two units, if required, and an agricultural annex with a slateroof – unusual for Tuscany – whith a sauna and Whirlpool.
Outside a little swimming pool made by natural stone, and a wood oven for making bread, pizzas and whatever your imagination conjures up. The farmhouse is surrounded by a colourful garden with nooks and crannies for sitting and eating. Then there are the woods.
Brezza apartment
Brezza (Breeze) apartment has at the firs floor a kitchen ,a living room, divided in two spaces to create a sleeping area, and a bathroom. At the second floor two bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 4-6 people.
Ciliegio apartment
The Ciliegio (Cherry tree) apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for 4-5 people.
Agriturismo
The ‘agriturismo’ (farmhouse accommodation) consists of the PETRA e FONTE (Stone and Fount )(Fontepetra) apartments with three bedrooms, a large living room with a thermal fireplace, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. It is good for 6 peopleplus children. Alternatively, the two apartments of the ‘agriturismo’ can be separated, each with its own entrance.
Petra apartment
The Petra apartment has the living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen, for 4 people and 2 children.
Fonte apartment
The Fonte apartment has a loft with sleeping area above, a small living room with a sofa bed below, kitchenette, wood stove, bathroom, for 2 + 1 people
All the apartments have independent heating, woodstoves or thermal fireplaces.
Sauna, whirlpool and little swimming pool
Sauna is for 4/5 persons ,the whirlpool is for 3, they are in the same room , Outside a little swimming pool not just for children…
